Yoghurt Bowl (Chocolate Coconut)

serves:1
prep time:5
cook time:0

I probably eat a yoghurt bowl each day and I love changing the toppings around! This is ready in 5 minutes, and depending on what brand of yoghurt you use, it has around 26g protein (with 5g fibre and 410 calories too). This one has chocolate and coconut, so it gives a bounty chocolate bar vibe!

How to Store

Transfer to an airtight container, it should keep for about 3-5 days (although the desiccated coconut will become softer after being in the fridge!).

Ingredients

  • 200g greek yoghurt (high protein, like skyr or sage)
  • 1/2 - 1 banana, sliced
  • 10g nut butter (I used tahini because I ran out of almond butter!)
  • 15g dark chocolate 70-90%, chopped or melted
  • 10g desiccated coconut, toasted (coconut flakes would also work!)
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp honey

Method

  1. Place the yoghurt in a bowl then add the toppings, and that's it!
