There's plenty of nutrients, minerals and fibre in the Weetabix, nuts and dark chocolate. But with any sweet (/chocolatey recipe), moderation is key!

1. Prepare the chocolate
Break the chocolate into small pieces and place it in a heatproof bowl. Melt in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring well between each burst, until smooth. Alternatively, melt the chocolate gently over a bain-marie.
2. Add the hazelnuts
Once melted, stir the chopped hazelnuts into the chocolate until evenly combined.
3. Coat the Weetabix
Place the Weetabix on a lined tray or plate. Spoon the chocolate hazelnut mixture over each Weetabix, spreading it evenly to fully cover the surface.
4. Chill until set
Transfer the coated Weetabix to the fridge and chill for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has fully hardened.
5. Serve and enjoy
Serve with a glass of cold milk and enjoy by dipping and eating.
