I wouldn’t recommend freezing this!

Print RecipeIngredients 280g extra firm tofu (e.g. tofoo) 3 tbsp harissa 1 garlic cloves, grated 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1 tbsp tahini 1/2 - 1 tsp honey 1.5 tbsp - 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 slices of toast Topping: chopped spring onion, yoghurt, dill Method In a small bowl add the harissa, grated garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, tahini, honey and lemon juice. Stir well until evenly combined. In a frying pan over a medium heat, add 1-2 tbsp of oil. Once hot, add the crumbled tofu and stir until heated through. Pour in the sauce and stir to combine.
