This is my new favourite 10 minute meal obsession! It uses mostly store cupboard ingredients and has the perfect balance of spicy, sweet and savoury. I like to use the instant ramen noodles here, but any variety will work!

Crispy chilli oil: this really adds to the overall flavour of the dish, but if you prefer you can use vegetable or sunflower oil.
Garlic: essential to the recipe!
Spring onion: adds freshness to the dish!
Chilli flakes: can be omitted if you like things less spicy!
White miso: adds a delicious depth of flavour to the recipe.
Light and dark soy: dark soy can be omitted if needed, but you might want to add a touch more light soy if you do.
Apple cider vinegar: can be swapped with white wine vinegar!
What’s the best way to store this dish?
Place in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Then reheat either in the microwave, in the oven, or on the hob.
Can this be frozen?
Freezing will change the texture slightly of the noodles so I wouldn’t recommend freezing this recipe!
