This is the perfect thing to make if you only have 10 minutes! You can use any type of buldak noodles but my favourite are the hot chicken spicy variety. Top it with whatever you want, and that's it!

What ingredients do you need for this dish (includes possible substitutions)? 

Samyang buldak hot chicken spicy ramen: this can be substituted with any of the buldak noodles! 

Mayonnaise and egg yolk: this adds richness to the sauce! 

Garlic: add as much as you want! 

Optional toppings: I like to add boiled egg, a bit of fried onion, some spring onion and chilli oil! But it would also be delicious with kimchi, some corn etc…

Viral 10 Minute Ramen

Ingredients

  • 1 packet samyang buldak hot chicken spicy ramen
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 garlic glove, crushed
  • 500ml boiling water
  • Optional toppings: boiled egg, fried onion, spring onion, chilli oil

Method

  1. Cook the noodles according to packet instructions.
  2. In a large bowl add the mayonnaise, egg yolk, crushed garlic clove and the sauce packet from the ramen.
  3. Add a splash of the water and stir well.
  4. Slowly stir in the rest of the water.
  5. Add the cooked noodles then your chosen toppings, and that it!
