How to Store

Transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer (they can be eaten from frozen!).

Sleepy Girl Fudge

Ingredients

  • 180g almond butter
  • 60g pumpkin seeds
  • 55g melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1.5–2 tbsp runny honey (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp almond essence (optional)
  • 50g dried sour/tart cherries

Method

  1. Prepare the tin: Line an 8x8-inch (20x20 cm) baking tin with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the ingredients: In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients until evenly mixed.
  3. Set the mixture: Transfer the mixture to the prepared tin and spread it out evenly.
  4. Freeze: Place the tin in the freezer until the mixture is firm, about 1–2 hours.
  5. Slice and store: Once solid, slice into 12 cubes. Store the bites in an airtight container in the freezer.
