Creamy Sesame Noodles

Ingredients

  • 130g dry egg noodles (about 2 nests)
  • 1 tbsp white miso
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 2 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp sugar
  • 1.5 tbsp boiling water
  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Topping: extra spring onion and sesame seeds

Method

  1. Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions.
  2. In a large bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Stir in the noodles. Top with extra spring onion and sesame seeds. And that’s it!
