These creamy sesame garlic noodles are ready in 15 minutes! They’re the perfect thing to make when you want a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
130g dry egg noodles (about 2 nests)
1 tbsp white miso
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tbsp tahini
2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
2 tsp rice wine vinegar
3/4 tsp sugar
1.5 tbsp boiling water
1 spring onion, finely chopped
1 tsp sesame seeds
Topping: extra spring onion and sesame seeds
Method
Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions.
In a large bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.
Stir in the noodles. Top with extra spring onion and sesame seeds. And that’s it!
