Jarred artichokes: this is essential to the recipe!
Garlic: I find one garlic clove is enough in this recipe, but add as much as you want!
Parmesan: you can use a vegetarian friendly hard Italian cheese if needed here.
Cannellini beans: any white bean will work here!
Cream cheese: adds creaminess to the dish, could be substituted with mascarpone!
Lemon: adds a bit of freshness to the dish.
Spinach: this could be left out, but I like the added colour and nutrients it gives.
This is perfect served with some crusty buttered baguette!
What’s the best way to store this dish?
Place in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Then reheat either in the microwave, in the oven, or on the hob.
Can this be frozen?
Yes! Just place in an airtight container then defrost in the fridge overnight or in the microwave.
